2009 Charity Fishing Derby
Team Con Paulos “Got Milk” Charity Fishing Derby!
This is an event that honors our dairy industry. The dairy industry has positively changed the economic future of this region of Idaho. These derbies have been used to raise money for Magic Valley Charities while providing a wonderful time for those that go on the trips with us. Time is running out this year though and we only have a few openings left for our August trip, so if you’d consider joining us please contact North King Lodge and make your reservation today!
If you have been on one of our derbies in the past you know how much fun they are. You don’t have to be a fisherman to have fun and bring some fish home to enjoy after it is over! I hope you’ll consider joining us this year! 
North King Lodge is located in Caamano Sound, British Columbia, 425 miles north of Vancouver. The Sound is on the mainland coast of British Columbia, across from the Queen Charlotte Islands. Fishing Attire Guidelines' 2009 August Trip Itinerary
The dates for the August trip are August 26th to the 30th. The price per person on the trip is $2695 (Canadian Funds) plus applicable taxes per person; approximately $2,100 US depending on the exchange rate. A minimal deposit of $500 (per person) is payable immediately and required to confirm each space.
Included in the trip package is round trip airfare from Vancouver South Terminal to North King Lodge, all meals and accommodations at North King Lodge, full use of boats, fishing gear and all weather attire, fish processing, and complimentary beer and wine with dinner service. Your only additional cost is your transportation to Vancouver, fishing license and stamp, and any additional cost you would want to incur. The Valley House, which provides short term living space for displaced individuals and families and provides them with educational opportunities to help them get back on track so that they can become a productive part of society.
The Boys and Girls Club of Magic Valley whose mission is to “Inspire and enable all young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens”.
The Pregnancy Crisis Center which helps young women and families in times of crisis through unplanned pregnancies including adoption support, pregnancy and parenting classes, financial classes and referrals for doctors and community support.
Bill’s Place is a transition facility for young men who cannot return home after leaving correctional custody.
