Our Director of Parts and Service is Dan Pehrson. Dan is certified for both Mazda Service and VW Service. He has 32 years of customer satisfaction experience with the last 10 years helping Volkswagen and Mazda customers at Team Con Paulos.
Cheyene Goff is Our Parts Manager. Cheyene has 8 years automotive experience and is a Certified VW Parts and Mazda Parts Manager. She also has an Associate’s Degree in Automotive Technology from the College of Southern Idaho.
Neil Welsh is our Team Con Paulos VW Service and Mazda Service Manager. Neil has 6 years automotive experience. Neil is a Certified Volkswagen, Mazda and ASE Certified Service Writer who takes tremendous pride in taking care of our customers
Jon Jordan has 6 years of automotive experience. Jon is an Expert Certified Volkswagen Technician, ASE Certified and a graduate of the Volkswagen Technical Academy where he was on the Director’s Honor List. Jon has also received the coveted 2007 Volkswagen Generation Best Award for outstanding customer service.
John Weaver has 10 years of automotive experience. John is an Expert Certified Volkswagen Technician and is ASE Certified. John is the recipient of the 2007 and 2008 Volkswagen Generation Best Award for outstanding customer service.
Rudi Lerh has 44 years of automotive experience. Rudi is experienced in both air cooled and water cooled Volkswagen as well as Mazda.
Jimmy Sharp has 16 years of automotive experience. Jimmy heads our Detail Department with experience in all aspects of vehicle restoration.
Ann Banta is our Warranty Clerk and has 25 years of automotive accounting. Ann is Master certified in warranty for both Volkswagen and Mazda.
